Ingredients
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1/2 large red sweet pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
10 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds bulk Italian sausage
1 24-oz. carton cottage cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
18 eggs
1/3 cup milk
